It has been a busy Spring for Pet Horse & Farm with some fantastic results for our locally based trainers, as well as some pleasing reports from the connections of international horses descending on Melbourne. We were wrapped to see mighty mare Winx take out the Cox Plate, feasting on our grains and hay when based in Melbourne. The Waller team had a stellar carnival and we’re always happy to see them do well.
Our association with travelling international stars continued this year as we looked after the feed, bedding and carrots and apples for the overseas contingent of horses at Werribee. In addition we have been developing some custom mixes for young trainer Matt Cumani, who had Grey Lion in the Melbourne Cup.We were pleased to hear that Grey Lion had eaten up better than other horses that travelled to Australia in the past…we must be doing something right!
If you need any nutritional advice or might even like a custom mix developed and bagged for your team, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Spring is also a great time for gardening and we have sold hundreds of bales of Pea Straw all over Melbourne, we hope you’ve been able to snap up our 6 pack or 8 pack option, or if not, there is still time!
See below for our specials for November.
